Terms and Conditions

Our Contract
When ordering any goods from Access Blinds Direct either by phone, post or the Internet we request full payment upon order placement. We will only process your order once we have received full payment. We regret we cannot accept orders placed for delivery outside of the U.K. mainland and I.O.W. without prior agreement.


Cancellation
As our blinds are made to measure there is a 24 hour-cancellation period only, after which the blinds you have ordered will be in the process of being manufactured to your precise measurements and therefore are not re-saleable. If you wish to cancel after this time there is a 70% surcharge. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered, or you can choose an alternative product of the same value or be entitled to a full refund. There is no cancellation permitted once you are in receipt of your order.
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.

Price
You will pay the price shown on our order form or web site for the size and type of blind ordered plus postage and packing where applicable, which is listed on the order form and online. You order will include all taxes applicable. However if you have miscalculated for any reason we will advise you before processing your order.
We will debit the price from your debit or credit card when we receive your order or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.

Delivery
Delivery takes approximately 7-12 days from receiving your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for delayed postal service, Strikes etc and will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible .As previously stated we do not deliver outside of the United Kingdom without prior agreement .We will deliver the goods to the address you have provided. We will contact you to arrange a time for delivery as a signature will be required.

Product Description and Measurements
Our product brochure and web site are examples only. We do advise you order a free sample before purchasing to ensure the material, colour etc is as you expected. As once ordered after the 24hour cancellation period your order cannot be cancelled (please see Cancellation Section).
As the goods you order are manufactured to the measurements you give in your order, please ensure you double check your measurements before submitting your order, as we will not accept returned goods if measured incorrectly. All measurements must be in millimetres.

Defective Goods
Access Blinds Direct has a 12-month guarantee therefore any goods received with defective material or workmanship shall be either fixed or replaced.

Privacy Policy
Any information we collect from you will be used and held by Access Blinds Direct only. We may use this information to contact you with future products and offers. However this information will not be given to any third parties.
